Employer and Broker Access
Through our secure portal, eBenefits clients can:
- Download bills
- View future bills
- Verify eligibility
- Review policy documents
- Print employees’ temporary ID cards
- Search the provider portals
An eBenefits account can be configured for you and any business partners or third-party vendors (TPV) that you designate, such as a broker or any TPV with whom you work. Through eBenefits, brokers can:
- View commission
- Download bills
- View future bills
- Review policy documents
- Print employees’ temporary ID cards
- Search the provider portals
Member Access
Employees who register for eBenefits are able to access the following tools and resources:
- Search for full-service hospitals, medical centers, clinics, and doctors virtually anywhere in the world1
- Submit a claim online and view claim history
- Print ID cards or dependents' ID cards
- Request hard copies of ID cards
- Update mailing address or employment status
- View coverage details
- Download forms and policy information
- Review travel information, such as warnings, country guides, passport and visa requirements
- Access wellness tools such as health-risk assessments and personal health trackers
- Set language preferences, to read in English, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Korean, French, or Hindi
Employees can register by using their ID Card. Instructions for registering on eBenefits are included in the Welcome Guide that each member receives when they’re enrolled into the plan.
Members can also download and use our mobile app for access to:
- Search for full-service hospitals, medical centers, clinics, and doctors
- Display provider locations, linked to Google Maps
- View and email ID cards
- Submit claims and view claims history
- Contact Customer Care
- Set language preferences: English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Chinese, Korean, or Hindi
