Helping Navigate the Complexities of Benefits Administration
Our Data Connectivity solutions remove friction from the benefits delivery process and redefines what’s possible.
Implementation
Benefits are setup by the Benefits Configuration Management (BCM) API on the TPE platform to allow members to enroll in coverage.
Enrollment
Members elect coverages, utilizing our Evidence of Insurability (EOI) API when needed and transactions are submitted via Benefits Enrollment Management (BEM) API.
Billing
The Billing API* will create an SAP bill generated via data from the HCM/Ben Admin Platform.
Claims
Claim Initiation API* uses an event occurring within the HCM to begin an absence claim. Enrollment Verification API* ensures accurate eligibility data at time of claim. The Absence Management API will automate updates to the employer. The Payroll API* sends data for ATP claim payment.
Renewal
Renewal actions and other plan changes occur and are transmitted to the TPE via the BCM API.

MetLife Small Business Solutions (SBS) Integrations
We work closely with General Agent and TPA partners to enable data connectivity via MetLife’s Small Business Solutions platform, which is currently available for clients below 100 lives. This enables a faster, more efficient administration experience for our mutual small business clients.
- We have active connectivity with partners including Trionfo, Boon Chapman, Employee Navigator, and Euclid. This may include integrations for enrollment data via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and EOI decision Status reporting.
- Additionally, we’re expanding our capabilities by enabling RFP delivery and Quotes receipt via our API with Centro.
- We’ve expanded our breadth of services with key Benefit Administration relationships, such as Employee Navigator and bswift, to provide seamless connectivity directly with the SBS platform, including Plan Configuration API Connectivity with Employee Navigator in 2025.
